宝钢莱托尔加氢装置加氢催化剂早期活性下降现象的对策及启示

摘要 分析了莱托尔(Litol)系统加氢反应机理,提出了"氢油反应当量比"的概念,指出了要维持莱托尔系统正常运行,必须保持足够的氢油反应当量比,当粗苯原料中甲苯、二甲苯等重组分含量增加时,要相应地增加氢/油摩尔比;实践证明其既能保证莱托尔系统加氢催化剂正常运行,又能保证装置运行的经济性,解决了莱托加氢装置加氢催化剂出现早期活性下降现象的问题。 the mechanism of Litol system's hydrogenation reaction is analyzed, a concept of reaction equivalent ratio of H2 to oil is proposed. It indicates that enough reaction equivalent ratio of H2 to oil is necessary to maintain normal operation for the system. When heavy components such as toluene, xylene in crude benzene increase, the molar ratio of H2 to oil should be increased accordingly. The practice shows if the hydrogenation catalyst in Litol system runs normally and also commercially. The problem of early activity decline of hydrogenation catalyst in Baosteel Litol system is resolved.
