摘要 重点介绍了用于光催化氯化工艺生产氯化石蜡-52过程中新开发的氯化物料釜内外自循环换热技术。该项技术符合空心式鼓泡反应器内气液运动规律,具有良好的传质、换热效率,与常用的物料强制外循环换热技术相比,不需使用材质为聚四氟乙烯的循环泵,可以节省投资和维修费用,具有降低电耗等优点。 The new developed self-circulation heat exchange technology of chlorination reaction material in and out of the reactor is introduced in chloroparaffens-52 production by adopting photo-catalytic chlorination process, which is in accordance with gas-liquid motion rule in hollow bubbhng reactor with good mass transfer and heat exchanging efficiency; compared with common forced material of external circulation heat exchange technology, that there is no need to have a circulating pump in it made with material of polytetrattuoroethylene, therefore this new technology possesses the advantages of saving investment and maintenance cost as well as reducing power consumption.
