The 2009 Conference on International Exchange of Professionals was held with wide concern at the Shenzhen Convention & Exhibition Center on November 7th and 8th. This conference was approved by the State Council, hosted by the State Administration of Foreign Affairs, P.R. China and the Peoples' Government of Shenzhen Municipality. Since 2001, the conference has been held 7 times successfully.
