摘要
本文结合"汉字应用水平测试(HZC)"的开发实践讨论了语言能力测验开发的路线图。文章认为,在语言能力测验,特别是许多涉及复杂心理特征的能力测验和职业测验的开发中,理论上似乎合理的"观察—归纳"路线图,在实践中是行不通的。为此,往往需要采用"猜测—反驳"的路线图。
According the practice of development of Chinese Character Application Proficiency Test（HZC） this paper discusses the approaches to develop a language proficiency test. We have to develop competence test along the ＂ conjecture- refutation＂ approaches rather than the ＂ observation-induction＂ approaches, though later looks theoretically reasonable.
