摘要
在角色游戏中,教师随时关注幼儿出现的问题是组织与指导角色游戏的一项重要工作。教师关注的问题不同,其扮演的角色、对幼儿角色游戏的支持程度也会不同。在角色游戏中有四种情况值得教师密切关注,教师需要全面、快速地分析问题情景,动态、综合地把握幼儿的差异反应,并不断反思问题解决方案的适宜性,以“问题-等待-协商-反思”为指导模式,解决幼儿在角色游戏中出现的问题。
In role play, the teacher should be ready to observe, and guide children's problems, which is an important component in organization and instruction of role play. The teacher's role and support to children's role will differ with the types of problems she is concerned about. Four types of incidents need teacher's intensive attention, in which she makes an inclusive and rapid analysis of the situation, comprehend children's diversified responses and constantly reflect on the appropriateness of the solution. Therefore, the model of "problem-awaiting - negotiation -reflection" could be helpful in solving problems arising in role play.
