摘要
改革开放前,共和国的民办教育整体上是命运不济的。1978年以来,我国民办教育法制建设经历了从恢复到规范发展的历史阶段。对建国以来民办教育政策和法制建设的历史进行回顾,对于当前加快制度创新步伐,弥补现行民办教育法律体系的不足,为民办教育的健康发展创造一个良好的法律环境具有重要意义。
An overall review of the six-decade historical development of policies and laws for public-funded education in China is of great significance for speeding up innovation in systems and making up the deficiencies in current legal system. It can help provide a good environment for the sound development of public-funded education in China.
