摘要
介绍组合矩形鲁枯氏环的研制及临床应用。２５例下腰椎滑脱病人应用本方法进行治疗，操作简便，固定牢靠，全部病例均得到随访，平均１３．８月。结果术后下腰痛消失者２２例，占８８％，１８例双下肢麻木者，术后１６例症状消失，２例症状减轻。总优良率９２％。
cases of patients with lumbar luxation were treated by component rectangle Lug’s ring.All of them were traced during the treatment for about 13.8 months on average.The results showed that 22 of the tested patients(88%)no longer feel pain after the operation and the symptoms disappeared in 16 cases among 18 cases with numbness in lower limbs and improved in 2 cases.The total effective rate achieved was 92%.
