教学医院推行实践教学指导教师资格准入制度的探索

Exploration for the implementation of the qualifications access system of practical teaching supervisots in teaching hospitals

摘要 本文详细介绍了郧阳医学院附属太和医院推行实践教学指导教师资格准入制度的具体办法和取得的效果,并对实践教学指导教师资格准入制度提出了一些看法。 In view of the problems of current clinical practice teaching and management, the Department of Science and Education of Third Affiliated Hospital of Yunyang Medical College implemented a qualifications access system for practical teaching supervisors. This article introduces the method and the result, and puts forward some opinions on the system.
