摘要 目的探讨角色扮演法在护理病史采集与病历书写教学过程中的应用效果。方法采取整群抽样的方法,选择北京大学护理学院2007级护理专业189名专科生为研究对象,采用角色扮演法进行健康评估课程学习,课后进行问卷调查,并对角色扮演展示课前后学生书写的护理病历的成绩进行比较。结果对于角色扮演展示课,77.2%的学生表示感兴趣;65.1%的学生认为收获大。学生在角色扮演展示课后书写的护理病历总分及各部分得分均高于课前的得分。经过秩和检验显示,除了日常生活型态方面的差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)外,其余各项的差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。结论在护理病史采集与病历书写过程中应用角色扮演法,有助于培养学生的学习兴趣及提高其护理病历的采集与书写能力。 Objective To evaluate the application effects of role playing in the class of nursing history taking and writing. Methods Role playing method was employed in the class of nursing history taking and writing. 189 students pursuing associate degree were enrolled. Self-designed questionnaires were administered to investigate the students' view toward the class. The scores of nursing documentation before and after the class were also evaluated. Results 77.2% students showed interest in the class, 65.1% students expressed that they learned a lot. Scores of nursing documentation after the class were significantly higher than that before except for the life pattern section. Conclusions Application of the role playing in the class of history taking and writing can promote students' study interest and improve their ability in the process of history taking and writing.
