摘要
针对传统教学中存在的弊端,在营养与食品卫生学教学中探索并实施以问题为基础学习教学模式,促进了教育观念的转变,推动了学科的建设与发展,取得了良好的教学效果。
There exist shortcomings in the traditional teaching of nutrition and food hygiene. Therefore problem-based learning was carried out in the teaching of nutrition and food hygiene and good results were gotten. The teaching promoted the transition of educational concept and the development and construction of nutrition and food hygiene subject.
