摘要
本文从硬件准备、人员招聘、师资准备、培训步骤、效果评估和具体应用六个方面介绍了北京大学第三临床医学院标准化病人的培训过程。标准化病人为医学生的教学和考核提供了标准化的实例,可以弥补和缓解现有教学的某些不足与矛盾。标准化病人的应用提供了培养医学生临床思维能力的机会,提高了医学生的临床工作能力和水平。同时,本文探讨了目前标准化病人培训工作中存在的问题和对策。
This paper is to introduce six aspects concerning standardized patient training such as hardware preparation, recruitment, trainers' preparation, training procedure, evaluations and applications at Peking University Third Hospital. The standardized patients could provide actual cases for teaching and standard evaluations for medical students. It could also make up some deficiencies of clinical medical education. The successful use of standardized patients improves students' abilities of clinical thinking and clinical performance. The paper also indicates the problems and solutions occurred during the standardized patients training.
