八年制医学生临床实习全病程管理教学模式的构建与实施 被引量:2

摘要 全病程管理作为一种全新的临床教学模式,为八年制临床医学专业学生提供了一个深度接触患者,全面临床实践,独立思考问题、分析问题和解决问题的平台,在全面提高医学生临床工作能力的同时,也提高了其科研意识和科研能力。本文在总结全病程管理初步实践经验的同时,也探讨了如何进一步保障该模式更好地在医学教育中的实施和应用。 Whole disease procedure administration, as a new medical teaching model, provides a good platform of contact patients, management clinical affair, independent thinking and solving problem ability for medical students in eight-year program. Application of whole disease procedure administration not only can improve the ability of clinical works, but also the research consciousness and ability. This article makes a conclusion of the primary experience of this model application from 2007. This article also discusses the methods for improvement the operation and application of the whole disease procedure administration model in medical education.
