临床实习是医学生学习过程中不可缺少的重要环节。为了保证临床实习的顺利进行，临床教师应当注意：首先，教学医院的员工应当时刻具有临床教学意识；其次，教师应当想方设法使实习生重视临床实习；第三，合理安排临床教学，充分重视医学生临床能力的培养；第四，营造融洽氛围，让学生主动参与教学。

Clinical practice is an important section for medical student training. Attention should be paid to four key points during this period. First of all, clinicians in medical teaching hospital should consider themselves as teachers while training medical students. Secondly, students should be engaged in clinical work.
