实验基础医学是为医学本科生开设的一门融合多学科知识的新课程，旨在培养医学本科生的实践能力及创新意识。第四军医大学从课程建设目标、内容体系、教学方法、考试评估、教学环境和师资队伍等方面，对该课程进行了一系列的实践与探索，取得了一定的成绩。

Experimental preelinical medicine, a new course including multidisciplinary knowledge and experimental methods, was constituted to reform medical teaching and to train innovative ability and practice ability of mcdlcal students in The Fourth Military Medical University. The course had been investi-gated and practised in course objectives, course system, course evaluation and course teaching staff. Some obvious results of the course had been achieved.
