基于ASP的中小企业HRM平台研究

A HRM Platform for SMEs Based on ASP

针对中小企业人力资源管理信息化需求及其在实施信息化过程中存在的困难,结合应用服务提供商模式成本较低、易于维护、服务较好等特点,构建了基于应用服务提供商的人力资源管理平台。首先从系统的安全性、易维护性及可扩展性角度探讨了平台建设方案;然后建立了基于浏览器/服务器技术的系统多层体系结构;最后就系统的关键流程等问题进行了深入研究,并基于以上方案和技术开发了人力资源管理平台,在合肥制造业信息化ASP服务平台的应用中已取得初步成效。

Considering the advantages of cooperating with ASP（Application Service Provider）,a Human Resource Management platform based on ASP was constructed to meet the requirements of small and medium-sized enterprises. The solution was analyzed,which is with good security,maintainability and expansibility. Multilayer architecture using Browser/Server technology was established. Key flows were studied. Based on the proposed solution and technology,the system has been successfully developed and it is proved to be effective by its application to the ASP platform of Hefei Manufacturing Informationization Center.
