The Research and Implementation of Short Message and Voice System Based on SOA

提出了基于SOA的声讯服务系统通用程序架构,适用于在各行业中建立中小规模的声讯服务系统。从形式化定义的角度出发,给出了基于TTS语音服务平台的有限状态机模型;另外,介绍了基于多角色的IVR语音导航菜单的设计。最后,将其应用到具体领域进行验证,效果良好。论文对同类系统的构建具有参考价值。

This paper proposes a universal programming architecture for short message and voice system based on SOA. This paper presents a definition of the finite-state machine for line-state transition based on TTS and the design of IVR navigation based on multi-roles. The system has been successfully implemented in a company and kept good running. Therefore,it is worthy of reference to implement in similar system.
