摘要
在虚拟场景中采用基于GPU的粒子系统来模拟雨雪,因其效率较高,得到了广泛的应用。但是对于纵深感较强的大规模场景来说,粒子系统模拟的雨雪真实感较差。本文提出了一种结合粒子系统和纹理滚动技术来模拟雨雪的方法。该方法结合了粒子系统的随机性、高效性,和纹理滚动技术视觉效果较好的特点,并将其应用在基于OSG的视景仿真系统中,具有较强的实时性和真实感。
Particle system based on GPU to simulate rain and snow is widely used in virtual scene simulation for its high efficiency. But this mehtod is unable to simulate adequacy reality effect for some large-scale scenes.The paper presents a method,which integrate particle system and texture scrolling technology to simulate rain and snow.It combines the randomicity and high efficiency of particle system,and better reality of texture scrolling technology,add a better improvement of realtime and reality to visual scene simulation system based on OSG.
