摘要
目的:探讨天麻遗传变异与其品质的关系、为天麻优良种质的选育提供科学途径。方法:采用简单重复序列标记技术和高效液相检测不同种质的天麻,进行相关性分析。结果:本研究特异引物产生的特异带型与天麻素含量具有一定的关系,扩增最大片段为520bp最小片段为320bp,出现单上带及双带的样品天麻素含量≥0.20%,出现单下带的样品天麻素含量约为0.20%或<0.20%。结论:本研究初步显示出现高分子量条带类型的样品天麻素含量较高,天麻SSR特异带型与天麻素含量的相关性具有进一步探讨的价值。
This work aimed to investigate the relationship between the genetic variation of Gastrodia elata Blume and its species, and try to find a rational approach for the selection of the good species. Simple sequence repeat (SSR) and HPLC were used to test different species of Gastrodia elata Blume and explore their relationship. The results showed that there may exist a certain relationship between the SSP fingerprinting amplified by specific primer pairs and the content of Gastrodia elata Blume. The largest amplified fragment was 520bp, while the smallest 320bp.The species showing simple upper tracts and double tracts had the Gastrodin content of more than 0.20%, while the species showing simple lower tract had the Gastrodin content of 0.20% or even lower. This relationship needs to be further studied.
