Strengthening the Application of Electronic Information Technology and Promoting the Scientific Development of Archival Work

随着电子信息技术的日益普及,加强电子信息技术在档案管理工作中的应用,是实现档案工作科学发展的必由之路。介绍了电子文件的概念及其主要特点,阐述了电子文件管理与传统档案管理的不同之处,探讨了企业档案管理采用电子信息技术的优点,结合企业档案管理现状,提出了电子信息时代档案管理工作急需解决的问题。

Along with the increasing popularity of electronic information technology,strengthening the application of electronic information technology in archives management is the inevitable course for realizing the scientific development of archival work.This paper introduces the concepts and main features of electronic files,expounds the differences between electronic files management and traditional archives management,probes into the advantages of adopting electronic information technology in enterprise＇s archives management,and connecting with the present situation of enterprise＇s archives management,puts forward some problems in need of immediate solutions in archives management in electronic Information era.
