摘要
介绍和分析了事业单位施行《归档文件整理规则》的现状,在此基础上对事业单位立卷改革工作提出了建议。
This paper introduces and analyzes the present situation of public institutions’implementingthe Rules For Systemizing the Archive Files,and based on this,puts forward some suggestions on the filling reform in public institutions.
