This paper introduces some practices of International Taxation Management Office under National Taxation Bureau of Taiyuan City in transferring the concept,improving the quality,connecting with practice and putting service into the management,and points out that the standardized service can harmonize the relation between taxation and taxpayer and can improve the tax compliance of taxpayer.
