摘要
对国内外学者在教育服务网站评价方面的研究进行了综述,从教育信息化的概念出发,总结了教育服务网站满意度研究在评价原则、满意度界定、具体评价指标体系等方面的特点,并对当前研究存在的问题进行了探讨。
This paper reviews the researches on the evaluation of educational services website made by Chinese and foreign scholars,and starting form the concept of the educational informatization,sums up the specific characteristics of the researches on educational services website satisfaction in aspects of the evaluation principles,the satisfaction definitions,and concrete evaluation index system,etc.,and probes into the problems existing in the current researches.
