摘要
企业培训作为人力资源管理的重要内容日益为企业所重视,但在培训中也存在的种种问题,企业培训形式化就是其中之一。从企业、员工以及培训管理3个方面,探讨了企业培训形式化的成因,并提出了相应的对策。
Being as an important content of human resource management,enterprise training has been emphasized by enterprise,however,these are various problems in the training,and the formalization of enterprise training is one among them.This paper probes into the reasons of the formalization of enterprise training from three aspects of the enterprise,employee and training management,and puts forward some corresponding countermeasures.
