Discussion on the Safety Check and Concrete Implementation of Hoisting of Coal Cutter and Holder with Slow-Motion Winch

3301工作面回收的采煤机和部分支架要由副井慢速绞车提升上井。为保证安全提升,对慢速绞车钢丝绳进行了抗拉强度的计算,阐述了更换钢丝绳的必要性和提升前的准备工作,介绍了慢速绞车提升采煤机的具体实施过程,提出了在提升过程中需要注意的事项。

The coal cutter and partial holders withdrawn from 3301 working face should be hoisted by slow-motion winch of auxiliary shaft onto ground.In order to guarantee the safety in hoisting,this paper makes calculation of the tensile strength of slow-motion winch＇s steel cable,expounds the necessity of replacing steel cable and some preparative works before hoisting,introduces the concrete implementing procedures of hoisting the coal cutter with slow-motion winch,and puts forward some matters needing attention in the hoisting.
