摘要
孙中山集团是共和立宪派,主张大权归议会,归内阁。交通系是君主立宪派,主张大权归总统。二者是完全对立的。但在特殊情况下,又是可以合作的。几十年风云变幻,分分合合,恩恩怨怨,相当复杂,是一个很值得研究的重要课题。
The group of Sun Zhongshan is the republic constitutionalism, advocating all the power belongs to parliaments and cabinets. ＂Communication＂ （Jiaotongxi） belongs to the school of constitutional monarchy, advocating the president has all the power. Two are opposite. But under the special condition, they could cooperate with each other. The relationship between them is very complicated and is worthy to be studied.
