摘要
根据高校就业指导教师的岗位内涵,我国高校就业指导教师的基准性胜任特征主要包括:从事高校教育教学必备的基本知识和通用技能、就业指导相关的专业知识结构体系、对就业环境的洞察能力和预测能力、对学生个体与群体就业心理特征及职业素养的把握能力、沟通协调与组织管理能力等。通过培训和教育能够不断发展高校就业指导教师的基准性胜任特征。
In accordance with the position requirements for faculty advisers to employment at universities and colleges in China, the threshold competency mainly includes the following aspects: the elementary knowledge and general skills to engage in education and teaching at universities and colleges; the special knowledge flame and system related to advising for employment; the insight and the predictive competence to the employment environment; the grasp ability to students' individual and collective psychological characters on employment and professional attainment; the capability of communication, coordination, organization and management etc.. Through training and teaching, the threshold competency for faculty advisers to employment at universities and colleges can be improved.
