Serum cardiac troponin T and plasma atrial natriuretic peptide in male kayak athletes during intensive training

摘要 为探讨男子皮艇运动员大负荷训练周期心脏机能和生化指标的变化及意义,跟踪检测了8名优秀运动员和8名普通运动员血清心肌肌钙蛋白T(cTnT)和血浆心钠素(ANP)的浓度。结果显示优秀运动员训练2周后,cTnT显著增高(P(0.01),4周后回到训练前水平,同时血浆ANP浓度维持在较高水平;普通运动员训练2周后cTnT显著增高,4周后仍持续上升,但ANP呈下降趋势;两组运动员不同状态下平均心率均有显著差异。由此可见,高水平运动员心脏具备良好的储备能力和内分泌功能,普通男子皮艇运动员训练中期可能存在心肌损伤,但属可复性;综合cTnT和ANP浓度以及心率的变化,可用于训练中对心肌损伤情况的监测和运动量的辅助评价。 In order to discuss the changes in cardiac function of male kayak athletes, the serum cardiac troponin T (cTnT) and the plasma atrial natriuretic peptide (ANP) of eight elite athletes and eight ordinary athletes were monitored. The results showed that in the group of elite athletes, the level of cTnT increased significantly (P〈0.01) after two weeks" training, and then recovered four weeks later. However, the plasma ANP maintained at a high level. Whine in the group of ordinary athletes, the level of cTnT continued to increase from two to four weeks, the ANP declined. The average heart rates differed between the two groups. It could be seen that the elite athletes" hearts had good cardiac reserve and endocrine function. The cardiac damage might exist among the ordinary male kayak athletes during the intensive training, but it was recoverable. Under the consideration of the three indices (cTnT, ANP and heart rate), the cardiac muscle damage and the workload in exercise could be monitored.
