近年来地方师范类院校的办学规模不断扩大,学科结构趋于综合,管理组织日益庞大,但在经济、科技、生源、就业、市场等生存环境上的竞争压力却越来越大。这就在客观上要求地方师范类院校必须以先进的质量保障理论为基础,在办学实践中寻求院系质量保障在资源、组织和过程等方面的新突破。

In recent years, almost all local normal universities have enlarged their running scale. Their subjects tend to be more comprehensive and management departments larger in number. However, they have to face the greater and greater pressure in existential circumstances, such as economy, science ＆ technology, students＇ resource ＆ employment and market. This requires them objectively to guarantee their quality and search for the new breakthroughs in the resources and organization .
