地方高校图书馆践行大学办学理念的思考

Reflections on the Practice of College-running Concept in Libraries of Local Universities

高校图书馆是大学的三大基础设施之一,承载人才培养与促进科学研究的重要功能。在高等教育大众化进程中,地方高校图书馆面临的困难、问题、矛盾比老牌大学更多,所以应该以其办学理念为办馆导向,形成自己的办馆理念与宗旨;更要以其办学发展定位为指南,建立和完善符合自身办学实际的馆藏体系和服务体系。

As one of the three basic infrastructures, library bears the function of training personnel and assisting the scientific research. In the popularization process of higher education, it faces many difficulties, problems and contradictions. Aecordingly, we should form our own library-running principle with the college-running concept as direction. Moreover, we have to establish and improve the system of collection and service with the development-orientation of the university as our guidance.
