摘要 20世纪80年代以来,教师教育专业化的思想已经成为世界各国教师教育改革的方向。教师教育专业化意味着在教师的培养中,应把职前培养和职后进修培训有机统整起来,使整个教师教育体系既具有阶段性、针对性,又具有连续性。教师教育专业化是实现教师专业发展的必然选择。教师教育在其专业化的进程中陷入了怎样的困境,又将如何摆脱困境,更好地促进教师的专业成长是我国教师教育改革必须思考的重要问题。 Since the eighties of the 20th century, the idea of specialization of teachers' education has become the direction of reform in education of many countries. The specialization of teachers' education means that the teachers' pre-service and in-service training should be combined to make the whole education system characterized by phases, clear goals and continuity. In addition, it is the necessary choice for the teachers' development of their specialties. In what quagmire has the teachers' education fallen into in its specialization process? And how can it get out of this dilemma and accelerate teachers' growth in their specialty? These are important questions which need to be thought of in the reform of teachers' education.
