Important Significance of Qian Xueseng's Modern Sci-tech System

钱学森提出了社会主义建设的总体结构,总结了科学技术的发展历程及其对社会发展的巨大推动作用,进一步深化了"生产力是人类全部历史的基础"的观点。他建议建立科学技术业,并将其作为新产业革命带来的第四产业。同时,他坚持要开展以系统科学为理论基础的社会系统工程建设。此外,根据我国科学技术与国防建设的经验,他用系统的理论与方法,建立起了具有中国特色的系统工程理论。他在社会主义国家学方面也做出了突出的贡献。

Qian Xueseng proposed the overall structure of socialist construction,summarized the process of sci-tech development and the great promotion of sci-tech for the development of society,and further deepened the idea that productivity was the very foundation for human history.He advised to set up the sci-tech industry and regarded it as the forth industry brought by the new industrial revolution.Meanwhile,he persisted in carrying out the social systematic project construction on the basis of systematic science.Besides,according to the experience of Chinese sci-tech and national defense construction,he established the systematic project theory with Chinese characteristics by systematic theory and method.Qian Xueseng also made great contribution to the socialism nation science.
