前路病灶清除植骨内固定治疗胸腰椎结核

Clinical application of anterior redical debridement and internal fixation with bone graft for treating thoracolumbar tuberculosis

目的探讨一期前路病灶清除、植骨内固定治疗胸腰椎结核的临床效果。方法采用前路病灶清除植骨K-plate固定治疗9例胸腰椎结核。结果经随访1.5～3年,9例患者均治愈,无复发,植骨部位全部骨性融合,融合时间4～6个月,后凸畸形矫正角度平均15°。结论该术式对胸腰椎结核可彻底清除病灶,比较好地进行椎管减压和脊柱矫形,完成脊柱稳定性重建,有利于患者早期离床活动,提高治愈率。

Objective To evaluate the clinical application effect of anterior redical debridement and internal fixation with bone graft for treating thoracolumbar tuberculosis. Methods A total of 9 patients with thoracolumbar tuberculosis were treated with anterior redical debridement and bone graft K-plate fixation. Results All cases were followed up for 1.5 3 years postoperatively and were cured without recurrence. All graft sites got solid bony fusion in 4-6 months,the average Cobb＇s angle was corrected to 15 degree postoperatively. Conclusion The patients with thoracolumbar tuberculosis can be successfully treated by anterior redical debridement, bone graft and internal fixation ,which can benefit intraspinal decompression, spinal orthopedic, complete reconstruction of spinal stability early ambulation and improving the cure rate.
