The two main themes, ecology and culture, should be embodied in the construction of Nanxi Academy. The Ecology concept should be used fully to promote the cultural taste of Nanxi Academy and the economy and culture of Youxi city should be well developed with the help of the ＂Haixi＂ development policy.
