摘要
朱熹的人事管理思想非常丰富。他十分强调用人在国家管理中的重要性,提出了"德才兼备"的人才标准和任用原则;他提出改革官制,精简机构,改革选拔官吏的途径,强化对官吏考核;他强调官吏价值观建设的重要性,对管理者思想建设的重视是朱熹人事管理思想的突出特色。
There was a wealth of thoughts of personal management which consisted in the system of Zhu Xi. He emphasized the importance of employing persons and advanced the appointing principle which was well known by both having morality and ability; he advocated reforming the government system, the approach of selecting officers and also reducing institutions. Furthermore, he emphasized the importance of officers' construction of values. Attaching importance to establish the morality for officers was the outstanding character of Zhu Xi's personal management theory.
