"破窗理论"告诉我们,人的行为会接受周围环境的暗示,因此加强高校廉政文化建设、营造良好的校园氛围对于高校加强反腐倡廉建设具有重要意义。高校廉政文化具有教育导向、凝聚认同、规范调整和榜样辐射等功能。加强高校廉政文化建设要着重从完善机制、分类指导、打造平台和创新思路等方面下功夫。

The ＂Broken Window Theory＂ tells us that human＇s behavior will accept implications of the surrounding environment. Therefore, it is of great significance for strengthening corruption-combating and integrity-upholding construction to enhance anti-corruption construction in universities, and create a good atmosphere in campus. The anti-corruption culture in universities has the functions of guiding the education, agglomerating the identity, adjusting the regulation and exposing the good example. The anti-corruption construction in universities should focus on improving system, classifying guidance, building platforms and innovating thoughts.
