Identification of Flos Carthami and Rhizome Chuangxiong in Shuxiong Tablets

目的:建立舒胸片中红花和川芎的鉴别方法。方法:采用薄层鉴别法对红花及川芎进行鉴别。结果:TLC色谱中在与对照药材相应位置显相同颜色的斑点。结论:TLC鉴别舒胸片中红花及川芎具有专属性强,方法简便、准确的特点,提高了舒胸片的质量标准。

Objective： To establish methods for identification of flos carthami and rhizome chuangxiong in Shuxiong Tablets. Methods： TLC method was used for the identification. Results： It presented that the dots with the same color and position in TLC. Conclusion： The method is simple, fast and accurate. The quality standard of Shuxiong Tablets is enhanced.
