更昔洛韦治疗儿童流行性腮腺炎140例疗效观察

Observation of curative effect of Ganciclovir in the treatment of mumps in 140 children

目的:探讨更昔洛韦对儿童流行性腮腺炎的临床疗效。方法:将2006年5月～2009年5月我院治疗的278例儿童流行性腮腺炎患者随机分成两组,治疗组140例应用更昔洛韦3～5mg/(kg·d)治疗,对照组138例应用利巴韦林15～20mg/(kg·d)治疗。结果:更昔洛韦组患者显效及有效例数与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);体温及其他临床症状方面与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两药毒副作用发生情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:更昔洛韦治疗儿童流行性腮腺炎疗效优于利巴韦林,更具有临床意义。

Objective： To explore the clinical effect of Ganciclovir in the treatment of children mumps. Methods： From May 2006 to May 2009 in our hospital, 278 cases of child mumps were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group （140 cases） were treated by Ganciclovir 3-5 mg/（kg· d） and the control group （138 cases） were treated by Ribavirin 15-20 mg/（kg· d）. Results： The number of cases markedly effective and effective contrast in the treatment group compared with the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）; the body temperature and other clinical symptoms in the treatment group compared with the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）; the occurrence of toxic side-effects in the two groups had no statistical significance（P〉0.05）. Conclusion： The clinical effect of Ganciclovir in the treatment of children mumps is better than that of Ribavirin, Ganciclovir has more clinical significance.
