摘要
目的:探讨Co-Q10与供心缺血再灌注损伤的关系,评价Co-Q10对供心缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用。方法:选用16只新西兰大白兔随机分为对照组和实验组。常规取心后用UW液冷保存6小时;然后在Langendorff模型上,对照组用KHB液灌注,实验组用KHB+Co-Q10液灌注30分钟。分别测定灌注前、后的心肌丙二醛(MDA)含量和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性。结果:实验组MDA含量明显低于对照组(P<O.05),SOD活性明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:Co一Q10对供心缺血再灌注损伤具有保护作用,值得临床应用。
Objective: This study is to investigate the relation of Co-Q10 and ischemia reperfusion injury of donor heart;and valus the protective effect of Co-Q10 on ischemia reperfusion injury of donor heart.Mehtods: New-Zealand Rabbits (n =16) were divided into two groups:control group as group 1, expenmental group as group 2. After hearts were isolated,preservation in UW fluid for six hours was given.Furthermore,on Langendorff model, hearts in group 1 were reperfused with KHB fluid while hearts in group 2 with KHB+ Co- Q10 fluid for 30 minutes. The MDA MDA and SOD were determined before reperfusion and at the end of reperfusion. Results: The MDA in group 2 was lower than group 1, but the SOD was higher in group 2 (P<0.05).Conclusions: Co- Q10 has an obvious protective effect on ischemia-reperfusion injury of donor heart.
