A New Study of the Development Process of the Urbanization in Northeast Area

东北城市化整体历程,可分为快速起步时期、快速发展时期、曲折发展时期、新的增长时期、相对缓慢发展时期五个阶段。工业化是城市化的基础动力,它始终决定着东北城市化的发展;国家经济社会发展战略,尤其是工业化战略,对城市化有决定性的影响。东北老工业基地振兴战略的实施,必将进一步推动东北城市化的新发展。

The course of the Northeast urbanization can be divided into five stages： fast start time, fast development time, winding development time, new growth time and relatively slow development time. The industrialization is the foundation power of the urbanization, which is deciding the development of the northeast urbanization from beginning to end. The state development strategy of economy and society, especially the strategy of industrialization has the decisive influence on the urbanization. The implementation of the revitalization strategy of northeast old industrial base will certainly promote the recent development of the northeast urbanization.
