摘要
通过分析世博会项目管理的目标体系,揭示了国际参展协调工作所面临的挑战。并以直线制、直线职能制和矩阵制组织结构为基础,结合上海世博会国际参展协调工作的特点,兼顾组织运行效率、组织成本和人力资源配置等组织设计的影响因素,提出了动态演进式的组织结构优化模式。
World Expo Shangh The international coordination is one of the crucial tasks which ensure the objectives of the ai 2010. According to the objective system large program, a dynamic evolution organizational structure to and the complexity of the coordination work of this address the challenge of international coordination was put foward. This organizational structure is based on linear, linear-functional as well as matrix organizational structure which considered the operational efficiency, cost and human resource management of the project organization of the World Expo.
