香港护理深造学院举办的专科护理证书课程是香港医院管理局培养专科护士的重要途径,该培训课程具有课程设计合理、师资安排得当、培训内容实时更新、培训方式灵活、考核方法多样等特点。笔者认为可借鉴香港专科护士培训模式,改进现有护理在校教育及继续教育教学方式,制定统一的专科护士工作标准,规范专科护士培训内容和考核标准,有计划地对护士进行系统的、标准化的专科护理教育,并促进专科护士向临床护理专家方向发展,推进我国护理事业专业化、护理人才专科化的发展进程,满足社会的需求。

Specialized Certificates in Nursing in Hongkong Institute of Advanced Nursing Studies is the dominant access for HK Hospital Authority to train specialized nurses. The training course is characterized by appropriate course design, proper staff arrangement, timely updated content and various methods for examination. It is believed that such specialized nursing training can be applied to the improvement of the current nursing education both in colleges and advanced colleges and to the establishment of a unified work standard for specialized nurses. Specialized nurses can thereby turn themselves into clinical nursing specialist and pull forward the specialization of nursing and meet the social demand.
