糖尿病患者应用简明饮食处方的效果观察 被引量:10

摘要 目的探讨应用糖尿病简明饮食处方对2型糖尿病患者进行饮食指导的效果。方法将156例2型糖尿病患者随机分为研究组和对照组各78例。对照组采用普通入院宣教,口头进行常规糖尿病饮食教育;研究组根据食物交换份表,参考中国居民膳食指南及平衡膳食宝塔设计制成糖尿病患者简明饮食处方,根据简明饮食处方内容进行糖尿病饮食教育。观察比较干预6个月后两组的血生化指标。结果出院后随访6个月,研究组餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白、总胆固醇比较,各项指标均较对照组降低(P<0.01)。结论应用简明饮食处方对糖尿病患者进行饮食指导,可改善血糖、糖化血红蛋白、血脂情况,改善健康状况,为以后的治疗奠定基础。 Objective To explore the effects of applying concise dietary recipe in patients with diabetes mellitus (DM) type 2. Methods 156 patients with diabetes mellitus type 2 were randomly divided into the study group and the control group, each with 78 cases. The control group was offered the conventional admission publicity and education and oral conventional dietary education for the DM, and the dietary education for the study group was based on the concise dietary recipe formulated on the basis of the Food Exchange Chart and with the Guideline for Dieting of the Chinese and Balanced Dieting Pyramid as the reference. Then a comparison was made of the blood bio-chemical indexes 6 months after the intervention. Results It was revealed by the follow-up 6 months after that the 2-hour-after-meal blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin and the total cholesterol of the study group were all lower than those of the control group (P〈0.01). Conclusion Dietary guideline for DM patients with the concise dietary recipe can improve the blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin and the total cholesterol of the patients, thus laying a foundation for the treatment.
