摘要
为研究肥胖与脂质代谢的关系，对30名肥胖儿童及同等数量正常儿童的甘油三酯、胆固醇、脂质过氧化物、红细胞超氧化物歧化酶等进行了检测。结果显示肥胖儿童血液中甘油三酯和脂质过氧化物均高于正常儿童，而清除自由基的红细胞超氧化物歧化酶活性低于正常。揭示肥胖对儿童健康存在严重潜在危害。
In order to study the relationship betwecn obesity and lipid metabolism, triacylglycerol (TG), tolal cholesterol (TC), lipid peroxide(LPO), superoxide dismutase (SOD) in blood of thirty simple obese children and thirty normal children were determined. The results indicalted that obese children had higher TG and LPO and lower SOD than normal ones. The findings suggest that obesity is harmful to children 's health.
