摘要 智能电网的逐渐兴起将使清洁能源开发、资源综合利用与节能减排、能源(电力)需求侧管理、能效经济、绿色配额交易融为一体,实现电力系统的多维度整合优化。基于智能电网中的高级计量体系(AMI),设计了一套居室智能节电系统,利用智能电能表实时显示居室用电状况,根据实时电价智能地为用户提供用电方案决策,提高用户节能节电意识,实现需求侧响应。 The smart grid is a new concept. It integrated the utilization of clean energies, comprehensive utilization of resources, DSM and the energy efficiency economy. This paper based on the advanced metering infrastructure, designed a smart residential energy-saving system. This system used the smart meter to display the electricity consumed condition. According to the real-time power price, the smart meter can provide the best power utilization program to consumers. IL can encourage the consumers to save the energy and electricity to achieve the demand side response.
