On the analysis of agricultural irrigation and drainage electrovaleney implementation process, the paper defines agricultural irrigation and drainage electricity, determines the water lift head height and other related problems, expotmds the eleetrovalency implementation measures, clearly defines standards and implementations of eleetrovalency in poverty-stricken areas, in order to make sure that electric power supply companies don＇t suffer from benefit loss.
