摘要
针对2008年株洲冰冻灾害性天气对株洲电网造成严重影响,结合政府建设应急体系的相关要求,株洲电业局及时建立了电力应急抢修指挥中心。介绍了应急系统的体系结构、功能结构及实施效果,为完善株洲电力应急体系提供依据。电力应急体系应能满足电力应急抢修指挥的统一、系统和规范的需求。
In light of severe damage to Zhuzhou electric power grid caused by icing catastrophic weather in Zhuzhou in 2008 and combined with the related requests of governmental emergency system, Zhuzhou Electric Power Company establishes the command center of damage management system. The paper introduces damage management emergency mechanism and functional structure which achieved effects to perfect Zhuzhou power emergency system. The system is able to meet the unified, systematic and standardized requirements of power emergency repair condutor.
