摘要
目前我国的稠油开发已形成了以注蒸汽、掺稀油等为主的开采工艺,以及井口加热、掺稀油、掺活性水等为主的集输处理技术。针对稠油的特殊性,论述了如何在满足油藏开发和生产管理要求的前提下,进一步简化掺输系统,改进推广掺热水集输技术,加强破乳剂的筛选应用,开展高效稠油脱水设备研制,完善稠油脱水处理工艺。并对如何提高系统效率,降低地面工程投资,提出了建议。
The production technology of steam injection ,light oil blending,and the gathering and transportation technology of well head heating,light oil blending,active water blending were adopted in the exploitation of heavy oil.Under the premise of meeting the requirement of heavy oil reservoir development,production and management,blending and transportation system was simplified,hot water-blended technology was improved and popularized,selection of the demulsifier was strengthened,high efficiency dehydration equipment was developed,and dehydration process of heavy oil was consummated.Suggestions on how to improve the system efficiency and reduce the project investment were put forward.
