氟伐他汀对急性冠脉综合征血清高敏C-反应蛋白及MMP-9的影响 被引量:9

Affection of Fluvastatin on Serum Level of High Sensitive C-reactive Protein and of Matrix Metalloprotease-9 in Patients with Acute Coronary Syndrome

摘要 目的探讨氟伐他汀对急性冠状动脉综合征(ACS)血清高敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)及基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)水平的影响。方法ACS68例,随机分成氟伐他汀治疗组34例,对照组34例,比较各组患者血清hs-CRP、MMP-9水平的变化。结果治疗4周后,氟伐他汀组血清hs-CRP、MMP-9水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05),两组间血脂变化无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论氟伐他汀可降低ACS患者血清hs-CRP、MMP-9水平,抑制炎症反应,稳定粥样硬化斑块。 Objective To discuss the affection of fluvastatin on the serum level of high sensitive C - reactive protein ( hs - CRP ) and of matrix metalloprotease - 9 ( MMP - 9 ) in patients with acute coronary syndrome ( ACS ). Methods 68 cases with ACS were randomly divided into 2 groups : fluvastatin group and control group, 34 cases in each ; the changes of hs - CRP and MMP - 9 of the patients in the 2 groups were compared. Result 4 weeks after treatment, the serum level of hs - CRP and of MMP - 9 of the patients in fluvastatin group were much lower than that of the patients in control group ( P 〈 0.05 ) while the comparison of the blood - lipid changes between the 2 groups was of no statistical difference ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusions Fluvastatin can decrease the serum level of hs - CRP and of MMP - 9 in patients with ACS, inhibit the inflammatory responses and stabilize atherosclerotic plaque.
