摘要 目的观察超声清洗减少根管预备后疼痛发生的临床效果。方法镍钛根扩仪预备根管后分别用超声治疗仪和常规方法冲洗根管,观察二者术后疼痛的发生率。结果超声清洗后疼痛发生率明显降低。结论超声清洗根管可有效预防术后疼痛。 Objective To observe the clinical effect of ultrasonic irrigation in decreasing the pain after root canal preparation. Methods Ultrasonic irrigation and routine irrigation were applied in irrigating root canal after root canal preparation with Niti rotary instrument enlargement and the pain occurrence after the two methods of irritation was observed. Result The pain occurrence decreased obviously after ultrasonic irrigation. Conclusions Ultrasonic irrigation can effectively prevent the pain occurrence after root canal preparation.
