硫自养反硝化同步脱氮除硫启动试验 被引量:7

Study on the Start-Up of Sulfur Autotrphic Denitrification Bioreactor for the Simultaneous Removal of Nitrogen and Sulfur

摘要 目的研究单一反应器内硫自养反硝化同步脱氮除硫的启动方法及过程,同时考察脱氮除硫效果.方法选择厌氧生物滤池为生物反应器,采用普通厌氧消化污泥为接种污泥,以自配的含S2--S和NO3--N的废水为进水,进水容积负荷分别为0.24kg/(m3.d)、0.105kg/(m3.d),经过15d的间歇运行和15d的连续运行,对硫自养反硝化的启动过程进行研究.结果经过30d的运行启动,S2--S和NO3--N的去除率基本稳定在90%及80%以上,去除负荷分别为0.238kg/(m3.d),0.0933kg/(m3.d),S0及NO2--N的生成率分别为75%与64%左右.结论反应器在短时间内成功筛选并富集了硫自养反硝化菌,S2--S和NO3--N达到很高的去除负荷,硫自养反硝化反应器成功启动. The start-up of sulfur autotrphic denitrification process in anaerobic filter is conducted. This experiment choose the anaerobic biofilter for the biological reactor, the ordinary anaerobic digestion sludge as the inoculated sludge, containing a self-equipped S2- - S, and NOr - N as influent and the influent volumetric loading are 0. 24 kg/( m3. d)and 0. 105 kg/( m3·d). The start-up of sulfur autotrophic denitrification is researched through the 15 d intermittent operation and 15 d continuous operation. The S2- - S and NO3 - N removal efficiency are basically stable at more than 90% and 80%, the volumetric removal loading are 0. 238 kg/( m3·d)and 0. 093 3 kg/( m3·d)respectively, The generation rate of sulfur and nitrite-nitrogen are about 75% and 64%. The reactor screen enriches sulfur autotrophic denitrification bacteria in a short time successfully, and achieve a high S2- - S and NO3 - N removal volumetric loading rate. The result showes that start-up of sulfur autotrphic denitrification is successfully achieved.
